Your study options at UPC

Option 1: Direct entry to year one

1 year at UPC + 2 years at Leeds

If you have an IB diploma or an equivalent qualification recognised for university entry, you can start your degree straight away. You’ll study the NCUK International Year One: the equivalent of the first year of a UK degree, all on campus at UPC in Lima. After completing this year* and meeting the University of Leeds entry requirements, you’ll progress to Leeds for your final two years.

Study Path

Option 2: Foundation plus year one

2 years at UPC + 2 years at Leeds

If you don’t have an IB certificate or equivalent qualification, you can start with the NCUK International Foundation Year. This programme prepares you academically and improves your English skills for university study. Once you complete the foundation year*, you’ll progress to the NCUK International Year One before progressing to Leeds to finish your degree.

    The NCUK International Foundation Year and International Year One are taught by UPC academics at their Lima campus. Once you progress, the University of Leeds will teach your final two years of study in the UK.

    After completing your pathway at UPC, you can transfer into the second year of these business-related degrees at the University of Leeds:

  3. What degree will I graduate with?
    After completing your studies at the University of Leeds in the UK, you will receive a Bachelor’s degree awarded directly by the University of Leeds - a globally recognised qualification from a World Top 100 university.
  4. What happens if I don’t meet the requirements for the University of Leeds?
